When you make a reservation through our website, by telephone or by email we will use your personal information to complete the reservation and to process payment. The details we collect from you will include your name, address, phone number, payment card details and dietary requirements.
You may also provide us with these details for any person you are travelling with where required (your “Party”). By providing us with any personal information relating to members of your Party, you confirm that you have their consent to provide this information.
All information provided at the time of making the reservation by you, the Guest is stored securely within our reservations system, Inn Style. Their privacy policy can be found here: https://www.innstyle.co.uk/privacy. Inn Style do not share or market your details as outlined by their policies.
Payment details provided to us are processed by our payment software provider Stripe. All payment information is transmitted and stored encrypted. Stripe’s privacy policy can be found here: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy.
