As standard all our rooms have high quality bed linen, tea and coffee facilities and flat screen TV’s. The bathrooms all have luxury toiletries from The Bath House of Ambleside and Egyptian Cotton Towels.
Room 1 – Standard Double
Our standard double ensuite is on the first floor with views across the back of the property to Keswick Town and Latrigg. Although not as large as our prestige room it’s perfect to rest your head after a long day and is equipped with all the same quality toiletries as our more prestige rooms.

Room 2 – Prestige Double / Twin
This fantastic room with a superking bed is on the second floor with views across to the town, Latrigg and Skiddaw. It has a large bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. The room is tastefully decorated with handmade soft furnishings and also has a walk-in closet as well as comfy chairs to relax with a book or glass of wine.

Room 3 – Small Double
Our cosiest double with ensuite facilities is on the second floor. It has views to Latrigg and the town. It might be small but it’s perfect to rest your head after a long day. It is equipped with all the same quality toiletries as our more prestige rooms.

Room 4 – Causey Pike Room
Our most popular room at West View is on the second floor and has a fantastic view out of the front of the house to Causey Pike and Grisedale Pike. It has a king sized bed and a walk-in closet as well as comfy chairs to relax in. The bathroom is a large ensuite with heated flooring and large walk-in shower.

Room 5 – Catbells Room
Our quirkiest room has stunning views of Catbells as well as Causey and Grisedale Pikes. We think it may have been the servants quarters 150 years ago but we have since made some changes! It has a double bed and is on the third floor. The bathroom is no longer outside and the whole room has been recently refurbished. This room is up a LOT of stairs and is not recommended for infirm guests and large luggage.
