All guests, by making a booking, agree to these terms and conditions and agree to personally liable for amounts arising during their stay. Your terms and conditions may differ if you book through a third party online travel agent and you should check with them.
Check In and Check Out
We are a small family run guest house and we therefore do not have a manned reception. Check in opens from 4pm until 8pm. If would like an alternative check in time please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate.
Check out is a 10:00 am on the day of your departure.
Payment
The first night of the booking is payable at the time of booking as a non-refundable deposit.
The full amount of the stay is due 14 days prior to arrival.
We accept payment by credit/debit card or cash, we do not accept payment by cheque.
Cancellation Policy
We charge the cost of the first night of your booking as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Cancelling your stay within 14 days* of your arrival the cost of the full booking is payable.
If you decide to curtail your stay you will be liable for the whole of the booked stay.
*The cancellation notice period for stays over New Year is 4 weeks.
We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover cancellation or curtailment.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Damages and Breakages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused in West View by them by any act, omission, default or neglect of the guests and will be liable to pay the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
Pets
Sorry, pets are not permitted
Non-availability of Accomodation
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable. In any such event we would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
